Mother Marie Andre and the Desert Nuns are dedicating this year’s Nun Run in loving memory of Mr. Rick Lee.
Nun Runners through the years will remember Rick as our faithful emcee alongside Fr. Don Kline.
From our community’s first days in Arizona, going all the way back to 2005,
we have been blessed beyond measure by our friendship with Rick and Rita Lee and the entire Lee Family.
We treasure their friendship and count them as part of our family!
Rick’s faithful support, interest, humor, generosity, encouragement, genuine kindness, and steadfast love
will always be remembered and deeply appreciated.
On Dec. 11, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer,
Rick went ahead of us on the journey of faith.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let Your Perpetual Light shine upon him.
Rest in peace, Rick. We love you.
